繼大陸《Lens視覺》雜誌推出揭露「馬三家教養院」實施酷刑的長篇報導，震驚國人之後，美國《紐約時報》簽約攝影師杜斌，也將推出口述記錄片，再次把「馬三家」的罪惡彰顯於世人面前。
杜斌形容，「馬三家教養院」內群魔亂舞，鬼魅魍魎，是建在一片墳墓上的勞教所。而他新推出的記錄片片名就叫《小鬼頭上的女人》。
《紐約時報》簽約攝影師杜斌：「她說，馬三家女子勞教所在此之前，那是一片墳墓地，被勞教的女人說，下面小鬼住的是陽間，我們這些女人住的是地下的陰間。陰間和陽間混合住在一起。我們就是住在小鬼頭上的女人。」
《紐約時報》簽約攝影師杜斌在這部記錄片裡，講述了「馬三家女子勞教所」如何用抻刑、十字吊、懸空掛、老虎凳等酷刑，對待反迫害的女人。其中，接受杜斌採訪的訪民劉華告訴他，法輪功學員辛淑華(音)親口告訴她，2000年的時候有18名女學員被送到男牢被強姦。
海外人權組織曾經報導，2000年10月，馬三家勞教所的警察，將18位堅持修煉不轉化的女法輪功學員扒光衣服投入男牢房，任他們強姦，導致至少5人死亡、7人精神失常、其他人致殘。
杜斌：「為什麼這麼做?這麼做的原因就是要摧垮她們的意志，讓她們轉化。因為轉化了，勞教所就能得到獎勵。」
杜斌後來曾經去遼寧瀋陽，試圖探訪被投入男牢房的受害人，卻沒有見到。但是他聽說一個女學員被強姦後生下了孩子。
據《明慧網》引述知情人士的消息說，遼寧本溪一名法輪功輔導站站長的女兒，未婚，被關押時二十多歲。在「馬三家」被強姦，並被折磨致精神失常，回家後生下孩子，孩子已有十多歲。
杜斌曾經採訪過多名法輪功學員，他從這些人身上的感受特別不同。
杜斌：「覺得這些學員給我一個最深的印象是，他們在裡面受迫害，他們談起來受迫害的時候，他們還是心平氣和，感覺就在談發生在別人身上的故事一樣。這一點讓我非常驚訝。我也說不清楚這種感覺。就感覺她好像發生在她身上的事情，和她的人已經分離開了一樣。」
其中有個法輪功學員談及自己受到酷刑時，瀕臨極限的感受。
杜斌：「講那個抻刑，她說，那個胳膊、腿被抻到極限的時候，就感覺到胳膊要斷了，但是又沒有斷，渾身的劇痛。就像孫悟空在太上老君的煉人爐里一樣。2.15.00她說當時我就閉著眼睛，在念我師父跟我說的一句話，叫『法正乾坤，邪惡全滅』。她就一直念著八個字，念著念著，她就突然感覺到身體不再那麼痛了。」
杜斌認為，《 Lens視覺》雜誌揭露「馬三家」的文章，還是努力迴避了一些比較敏感的東西。但是，還是讓中國國內不能「翻牆」的群眾感到震驚。
杜斌：「應該是在2004年左右，那會兒可以使用動態網，無界瀏覽，可以瀏覽外面的信息的時候，我在上面看到了反映馬三家勞教所裡面的事的文字。當時看了，其實說實話，2004年到現在已經過去九年了，再回頭去看，重新看那些文章的時候，還是感覺很震驚。比方說像牙刷，電擊乳房，電擊陰道。」
《美聯社》4月9日報導說，《 Lens視覺》雜誌對「馬三家勞教所」的虐待報告，跟法輪功精神運動成員十年前作出的投訴相吻合。法輪功學員稱「馬三家」是政府鎮壓法輪功最暴力的「強迫洗腦中心」。
據了解，前重慶市委書記薄熙來在擔任遼寧省省長期間，撥款10億元在全省進行監獄改造，僅「馬三家」一地就耗資5億多元。

Documentary Exposes Masanjia Women’s Labor Camp
Mainland China’s Lens magazine exposed the brutal tortures
in Masanjia Women’s Labor Camp, and shocked the public.
Du Bin, a New York Times』 photographer prepares
a documentary to publicize more of the Masanjia』 crimes.
Du Bin said that Masanjia Labor Camp is like a living hell,
and it was established on a grave yard to start with.
Du’s documentary film is called,
「Women Above Ghost’s Head.」
Du Bin, a subcontract photographer of New York Times:
「She said, before Masanjia Women’s Labor Camp was built, there was a grave yard at that location.
The lady said, the underworld where ghosts live,
is what we refer to as the『hell.』
We lived with ghosts, she said,
we are women who lived above ghost’s head.」
In the film Du explains how Masajia used horrific tortures,
like「Stretching」,「Shackle Crosses,」「Tiger』 Bench,」 etc.
Petitioner Liu Hua, an interviewee in the film, told Du
she knows from a Falun Gong practitioner of18 females being thrown in criminals』 cells and raped.
Overseas human rights groups reported
about this case in the past.
They said, in October2000,18 Falun Gong females, refusing
to give up their belief, were stripped naked and thrown in male criminals』 cells.
They were raped and as a result at least five of them died,
seven went insane, and the rest became physically disabled.
Du Bin:「Why did they do this? They wanted to make
practitioners lose their minds, to transform them.
If they were transformed,
the labor camp will be rewarded.」
Du Bin has been to Shenyang in Liaoning Province,
trying to visit some of those victims, but in vain.
Du heard that one of the female practitioners
had a baby after she was raped.
Minghui website cited an insider information that a daughter
of Falun Gong assistants in Benxi, Liaoning Province, over20 years old and unmarried, was arrested.
She was one of the raped victims in Masanjia,
after which she lost her mind.
She gave a birth after returning home,
and now her child is over10 years old.
Du interviewed several Falun Gong practitioners,
and said they surprised him.
Du Bin:「My first impression was, though they were
tortured inside the jails, they talked about it very calmly.
It feels like they talk about other people’s story.
This surprised me, it’s hard to describe it.
It seems what happened to them
had been separated from them.」
One of Falun Gong practitioner talked about being tortured,
she felt the suffering had reached the limit of her forbearance.
Du Bin:「She told me how they tortured her,
using the『Stretching』 method.
She said, her arms and legs were stretched apart to the limit,
and she felt like they were almost broken.
Though they didn’t,
the whole body was very painful.
It made her feel like Monkey King in the smelting furnace
(a character in classical Chinese epic novel.)
She said, at that time she closed her eyes, chanting what
her Master told her,『Fa Zhen Qian Kun, Xie Er Quan Mie.』
She chanted these eight words again and again,
and suddenly she didn’t feel the pain anymore.」
Du believes that Lens magazine exposed Masanjia,
but avoided some sensitive topics.
However, it still shocked the netizens who couldn’t overpass
China’s online censorship and learn such stories before.
Du Bin:「It must』ve been2004 or so, I used the freeware
DIT and Ultrasurf to search for overseas information.
I read articles about Masanjia Labor Camp,
I read them at that time.
To be honest, from2004 to2013, nine years have passed,
but reading these articles again I’m still shocked.
For things like…they used toothbrushes, electric batons
to shock(Falun Gong) practitioners』 vagina’s and breasts.」
On April9, Associated Press reported that Lens magazine’s
report on horrific stories happening in Masanjia coincide with complains of Falun Gong practitioners10 years ago.
Falun Gong practitioners said that Masanjia is a Forced
Brainwashing Centre established by the Chinese regime to suppress Falun Gong.
According to internal sources, Bo Xilai, former Chongqing』
party leader assigned1 billion yuan to establish jails in Sichuan Province when he was a Liaoning governor.
The cost of Masanjia Women’s Labor Camp alone
is500 million yuan.
