例如，當網民搜尋部分共和黨人士的名字時，無論在網站或App，其「建議搜尋」的下拉式選單中，都不會出現他們的帳號，即便打上了全名也一樣；但是若使用者按下搜尋按鈕，展開了所有搜尋結果的清單，共和黨人的名字又會再度出現。
