德州州長阿博特（Greg Abbott）也抨擊拜登，近期在德州南部釋放百餘名感染中共病毒的非法移民，是尼安德特人思維。
阿博特州長指出，許多移民隨後離開德州，前往全美各地傳播這種高傳染性病毒。
NBC環球擁有的美國西班牙語電視網絡《世界電視網新聞調查節目》（Noticias Telemundo Investiga）報導說，拜登政府正在德州南部美墨邊境的布朗斯維爾（Brownsville），釋放中共病毒陽性非法移民，移民們隨後聚集在長途汽車站，準備在當地政府的病毒測試之後，前往美國各地。即使檢測的結果呈陽性，德州的當地政府也沒有權力拘留他們，這些非法移民會攜帶病毒到美國各地傳播。
