愛博破網版（0937）於2013年3月31日發布，新版在反封鎖性能方面更提高一步，為中國大陸用戶繞過中共防火牆，及時收聽收看海外廣播電視、了解真相提供方便。使用愛博破網版的海外及大陸用戶越多，支持大陸用戶突破封鎖的效果越好。
目前愛博電視上有新唐人和《九評共產黨》等電視和廣播節目。愛博電視軟體安裝簡單，有中文界面，可以大力推廣給中國大陸的網友了解真相，對於暫時無法安裝衛星接收天線的地區尤其有幫助。海外觀眾也可以通過愛博電視在電腦上看新唐人等頻道的節目。
使用愛博電視的海外用戶越多，支持網絡被封鎖的地區的用戶突破封鎖的效果越好。因此請大家儘量支持。具體做法是下載安裝愛博軟體，打開愛博電視，即使不收看任何頻道，也能支持反封鎖。

大陸用戶可通過下面的方法獲得「愛博破網版（0937)」
（1）通過動態網、無界等翻牆軟體登錄www.ippotv.com下載
（2）或用海外電子郵箱，如gmail或hotmail給
[email protected]發一封電子郵件，郵件主題為「1234」。即可收到最新版本的愛博電視。
（3）還可通過電驢、BT搜索、下載最新版的iPPOTV。電驢請不要用如VERYCD等中國大陸開發的版本。
