美國久負盛名的搖滾樂隊Guns N Roses在花費了1500萬，耗時十多年之後，終於宣布於2008年11月23日正 式推出Chinese Democracy唱片。這是搖滾音史上最讓人期待的一個歷史性時刻。

該唱片收錄了15首歌，第一首就是Chinese Democracy,作者Axl Rose在歌詞中譴責了不給人民言論自由的獨裁者，並為法輪功發聲，作者認為時間站在 人民一邊。
