另一方面，烏克蘭第14團及「GRAF」大隊在8月對俄羅斯能源基礎設施發動一連串無人機襲擊，光是當月就打擊了17處主要燃料與煉油設施，從梁贊、阿菲普斯基到塞茲蘭、克拉斯諾達爾都在打擊範圍內。烏方嘲諷指出，「俄羅斯燃料如今成了易燃的負擔。」
