10月17日在146屆美國神經學協會(ANA)年會上發表的一項研究顯示,練習冥想和進行頭痛教育的培訓都能降低偏頭疼發作的頻率,而冥想能顯著改善抑鬱和疼痛帶來的負面情緒、並降低痛感。
