1、煮湯圓時,大家一定要用溫水煮,因為溫水下鍋後,湯圓外面的澱粉會慢慢凝固,裡面的澱粉也會慢慢定性,這樣就不會導致湯圓粘鍋、露餡,湯圓下鍋後,一定不要立馬用鍋鏟鏟,這樣會導致湯圓立馬破裂。
